Dr. Stuti Shrivastava is a Research Software Developer at the Center for Healthy Minds ath the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Her work involves developing computational tools and data analysis pipelines to support research on mental and emotional well-being. With a background in computational biology and data sciences, she brings expertise in analyzing complex biological datasets. Previously, she worked on high-throughput phenotyping and gene expression analysis in plant systems. During her Ph.D., she focused on gene expression responses to environmental changes in plants, particularly in relation to nutrient availability. Her academic background combines computational biology, plant molecular biology, and systems biology, which she later applied to high-throughput phenotyping and bioinformatics research. Now, she applies her data science skills to interdisciplinary research in psychology and neuroscience, contributing to a deeper understanding of mental and emotional well-being.
