Loka Initiative Director Dekila Chungyalpa recently hosted a virtual, guided meditation with Healthy Minds Innovations, the external nonprofit affiliated with the Center for Healthy Minds. The practice begins with cultivating awareness of our interdependence with nature. The meditation practices Tonglen with Nature on how to give gratitude and receive resilience in the natural world. This practice can help increase feelings of connection to nature.
