Dr. PN Ravindra is an Associate Professor in the Centre for Consciousness Studies and Department of Neurophysiology of the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS) in Bangalore, India. As a neurophysiologist, he has a passionate interest in integrating Indian psychological aspects pertaining to Yoga (meditation) and neuroscience with specific focus in understanding neuroscientific aspects of meditation and its effect on sleep, cognition, and consciousness.
